I am a landscape photographer from British Columbia, Canada. There is no wrong time to take pictures, you just need to get out and shoot.
Some of my favourite places for photography are Hawaii, Utah and of course my home in the Okanagan Valley with multiple provincial parks, fruit orchards and wineries.
